Questions worth asking before a project.

Does every project have to end with an AI deployment?

No. If the problem is solved by clear responsibility, a simpler process, a better KPI or proper use of a system you already have, that is what we recommend. We deploy automation and AI when they support an orderly way of working. If your process is already well defined, we can work on the technology alone.

Do you certify companies to ISO standards?

We are not a certification body. We prepare organisations for certification or for the move to ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 14001:2026: we run a gap analysis against the current edition of the standard, organise processes and roles, prepare documentation and records, and support the team ahead of the internal and certification audits.

How do you handle data passed to AI models?

Before deployment we agree which data may be sent to AI models, which provider and region process it, and who has access. We do not pass personal or confidential data without a data processing agreement, and decisions carrying higher risk stay with a person.

When are we not a good fit?

If you are looking only for a developer to build to a ready specification, you want to deploy AI just because others are doing it, or you need a report alone without readiness to change how the team works. We work best with companies that want to put a specific process in order and are ready to involve their own people.
