Why vibe4you

Experience from running operations.

vibe4you is a team of practitioners who spent years responsible for operations, teams, processes, quality, purchasing and change projects.

We managed people, budgets and results. We built processes from scratch, reorganised those that had stopped keeping pace with the business, and introduced technology to make people's work easier.

We started using artificial intelligence in our own work: analysing data, automating repetitive tasks, preparing decisions faster and building tools for specific operational processes. After several deployments we decided to combine that knowledge with our management experience and offer it to other organisations.

The first question is always: “What in this process is not working the way it should?” We talk about AI later.

More than 10 years in service operations, electronics refurbishment and supply chain. At an international re-commerce company he built the Supply Chain function from scratch, from a one-person department to a full team, then reshaped the repair portfolio around business needs. Since 2023 he has led repair and refurbishment operations, with full responsibility for people and a multi-million budget.

Today he is responsible for five areas: repairs, refurbishment, component-level repairs, the warehouse and internal IT. He has introduced automation in operational and office processes and, together with his team, co-created AI-based machines that improve quality and throughput and lower process cost. Earlier he managed service processes with an insurance partner at a large electronics retailer, and he began his career in quality control. As an internal ISO 9001 auditor he conducts process audits and supports the implementation of quality management systems. He founded vibe4you to offer this combination of operations, processes and technology to other organisations.

Magdalena Gradkiewicz

Magdalena Gradkiewicz

Quality, operations and lean, ISO auditor

Over 8 years at an international re-commerce company. She started as a projects and process specialist, then as a project manager ran projects end to end. As quality manager she led a 30-person operational quality team and aligned standards with business goals. In a senior leadership role she carried out a full ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation and led change management, later also taking over infrastructure and IT.

Today she heads grading, quality and infrastructure, the largest combined team in the company with more than 100 people. She combines quality management with lean operational improvement: standardised work, less waste and decisions based on data. She is a certified internal auditor of integrated management systems to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and holds an MSc in Production Engineering and Management from Poznan University of Technology.
