ISO 9001:2026 in manufacturing

Move to ISO 9001:2026 without stopping production.

For manufacturers with 50 to 250 people that hold an ISO 9001:2015 certificate and must move to the new edition by 30 September 2029. We start with one day on site and a concrete plan.

Who it is for

For the quality manager who has to deliver it.

The transition usually lands on one person: the quality management representative or the plant manager. On top of daily work they have to compare the requirements, win time and budget from the board, involve process owners and be ready before the audit.

We help you do it in an orderly way. The changes in ISO 9001:2026 are mainly quality culture, separate handling of risks and opportunities, planning of changes and management review. Auditors check them in conversations with people, not in binders, so practice matters more than new documents. The details are in our Polish article ISO 9001:2026 vs 2015: what has changed.

First step

ISO Readiness Scan: your ISO 9001:2026 readiness review.

One day at your company and a report with a transition plan. Afterwards you know what is ready, what has to change, how long it will take and who is responsible for what.

What it covers

A day on site and a report within 5 working days

  • Gap analysis of the clauses that ISO 9001:2026 changes.
  • Conversations with the owners of key processes, including production, purchasing and sales.
  • Review of the context analysis, risks and opportunities, quality policy and management review.
  • Transition plan: actions, owners and deadlines.
  • A short summary for the board: scope of work, time and the risk of waiting.

Who runs it

Quality and operations practitioners.

The review is run by people who have led quality and operations teams themselves, including a team of more than 100 people. They are ISO 9001 internal auditors, with experience that also covers ISO 14001. We know what a quality system looks like on the shop floor, in the warehouse and in purchasing, not only in the documentation. Meet us on the About page.

We do not certify. We prepare your organisation for the audit by the certification body of your choice.

Questions before the review

Does the review replace the certification body audit?

No. It is preparation before the audit. The certificate is issued by the certification body your company has a contract with.

How long does the whole move to ISO 9001:2026 take?

In a mid-size company with a working system, usually a few months. Most of the time goes into changes in practice and training, not documents. The exact schedule is part of the review report.

Do we need the standard before the review?

It is worth buying, because you will need it for the implementation. It is not required for the review itself; we work from the published text of the standard.

We also have ISO 14001 or fall under the Polish KSC act. Can this be combined?

Yes. The review can be extended to ISO 14001:2026 or to organisational readiness for KSC and NIS2. We agree the scope and price during the first call.

We would rather check ourselves first.
